HOW IT WORKS

01 Choose
Select the 2H or 3H Personal Brand Photoshoot and let us know whether you would like to add professional makeup.

02 Request
Submit your request with the two dates and times that work best for you, together with a little information about your brand and what you need the images for.

03 Confirmation
We check the Studio, photographer and makeup artist availability and reply within one working day. Once everything is confirmed, we send you a private booking and payment link.

04 Prepare, Shoot & Receive
After booking, your photographer schedules a call with you to discuss the visual direction, outfits and how to prepare for the session. Following the photoshoot, you select your favourite images from a private gallery and receive the final professionally edited photographs.

The 2H Photoshoot includes 20 final edited photographs.
The 3H Photoshoot includes 30 final edited photographs. -
Your photoshoot will be assigned to a professional photographer from the Paoroa Studio network, selected according to the visual direction of your shoot and their availability.
We will confirm the photographer before sending you the private booking and payment link.

Paola is not automatically included as the photographer for these packages.
If you would specifically like Paola to photograph your project, tell us when submitting your request. We will let you know whether she is available and prepare a separate proposal if needed.

We will check the Studio, photographer and makeup artist availability, where requested, and reply within 72 hours.
Once the team and date are confirmed, we will send you a private booking and payment link.Your photoshoot is confirmed once the booking has been completed.

We recommend submitting your request at least ten days before your preferred date.
Shorter-notice sessions may still be possible depending on the Studio and photographer’s availability.

Up to five looks for the 3H Photoshoot
The final number will depend on how complex each look is, how much you would like to change the lighting or setup, and the pace of the session.
You are welcome to bring a few additional options so the photographer can help you make the final selection on the day.

After booking, you will receive a preparation guide to help you plan your outfits, accessories and final details.

You may request one reschedule at least 72 hours before the confirmed session, subject to the availability of the Studio, photographer and makeup artist.
Because the team is reserved specifically for your booking, requests made less than 72 hours before the photoshoot may not be possible and may incur additional costs.

We will reply with the closest available alternatives based on the Studio, photographer and makeup artist availability.
Your preferred dates are not reserved or confirmed when the request form is submitted. The session is confirmed only after we send you the private booking link and the booking is completed.

Yes. You can add one hour of professional makeup & hair before either the 2H or 3H Photoshoot.
The makeup add-on is for one person and costs €280 including VAT.
We will confirm the makeup artist’s availability together with the photographer and Studio.

The standard Personal Brand Photoshoot packages are designed for one person.
If you need photographs of two founders, a team, employees or several people, tell us about the project through our Productions enquiry form. We will recommend the right format and prepare a tailored proposal.

Yes. You may bring one person to accompany or assist you during the session.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring additional people, as the package is designed around one person being photographed.

After the photoshoot, you will receive a private online gallery with the available images.
You will then select:
20 photographs from the 2H Photoshoot
30 photographs from the 3H Photoshoot
Your selected images will receive the final professional edit.

You will receive your selection gallery within approximately three working days after the photoshoot.
Your final edited photographs will be delivered within approximately ten working days after you submit your selection.
We will confirm the delivery schedule again when your booking is completed.

Yes. If you would like more photographs than the number included in your package, you will have the option to add additional edited images after receiving your selection gallery.
The available options and price will be shared with the gallery.

No. Raw and unedited files are not included.
Your package includes the final number of professionally selected and edited photographs stated in your booking.

Yes. The photographs are intended for your own personal brand, website, social media, professional profile, press features and business communications.
Please tell us before booking if the images will be used for a larger advertising campaign, third-party brand campaign, extensive paid media or another commercial use outside your own personal brand.

Video is not included in the Personal Brand Photoshoot packages.
If you need photography and video, multiple locations, a larger team, creative direction, styling or a more customized production, submit a Productions enquiry. We will create a proposal around the specific project.
